When will my order arrive?

Merch will arrive within 3 - 4 working days from time of order

Depending on what you order, your items may arrive in separate packages and at differing times as they are coming from different suppliers

How much is postage?

All items are charged at a flat rate of £3.99 to UK destinations

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and sent via Royal Mail. All our sex toys are sent in 100% discreet packaging so they'll be no surprises accepting your 10 inch dildo from the postie.

Do you post outside of the UK?

Yes. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We only accept returns/exchanges for faulty items

Clothing & lingerie is non refundable

If you order does not arrive within 14 days please let us know so we can check the details and resend

Any missing orders must be reported within 30 days
